Hello, my name is Matt Weston and I have been a Realtor, investor, and residential "infill" developer for 20 years here in the Treasure Valley. I have extensive experience in all phases of residential real estate with light commercial sales. My goal is to deliver a stress free experience based on an in-depth understanding of the local market conditions and create a mission strategy to achieve the "best case scenario" for my clientele. I am proud to say my clientele base consists of very successful local builders, developers, investors, re-modeler's, and many families that have made a multitude of successful transactions with me over the years. Because of them, I am an Ada County "Lifetime Circle of Excellence" Top Producer, and have been able to sustain success throughout all of the extreme market conditions of the last 20 years.

I strive to keep a balanced business book for my team that includes marketing re-sale properties, new construction, managing new subdivisions, and consulting & participation in new residential "infill" developments. We also provide note worthy real estate "Prospecting" for off market real estate to our buyers and investors. My personal passion is in the re-development and construction of Boise's older neighborhoods with my business partners Shiloh Builders, Cook Brothers Construction, Sustainable Homes of Idaho, K.D. Kolnes Construction, and Hornet Construction.

I am originally from Carson City NV, but came to Boise in 1994 to play football at Boise State. My work ethic was forged through my life long experience in team sports but especially college athletics.  Some of my most memorable experiences during this time were winning multiple conference championships at the perpetually nationally ranked Butte J.C. in Chico CA, and earning the conference defensive player of the year with All-America honors. In 1994 Pokey Allen gave me the opportunity to come to Boise State to start on the defensive line & earn my public affairs degree. Our team also went on to win a Big Sky Conference championship and reached the 1994 1AA National Championship. Overall, I learned that you can not do great things all by yourself, you always need help. And by always tying to help the others around you, you will find your success!

I spend my free-time with my kids, family, and friends and we are always trying to do something fun. Work hard and play hard!

As a dedicated full-time real estate advisor, I enjoy helping my clients achieve their real estate goals whether it be purchasing their dream home, selling a home to upgrade into new construction, or downsizing to an existing home to be closer to family, school or work.  My years of experience enables me to be a competent advisor, consultant and advocate for my clients.  I work with clients to help them understand the process and help them make wise decisions.  Knowing the local market is critical in real estate and being skilled in negotiation, financing and marketing help me be the advisor my clients deserve in making one of the biggest decisions in their life.  

I am a native Idahoan who grew up in Gooding a small town southeast of Boise.  I attended Boise State University and earned my BS in Business Management in 1993. I have lived in the Boise area since 1989.  I enjoy spending time watching my daughters play soccer and we love spending time outdoors including time in the mountains or at the cabin in Stanley and boating on Redfish Lake.  I love playing golf and fishing as well.

Steve Bittick is a proud associate at Amherst Madison Real Estate. He moved from San Jose, Ca. to Boise in 2005 to be closer to his family and enjoy all that Idaho has to offer. He has an extensive 15 year career in the floor covering industry running a family business while in San Jose, before transferring into the real estate profession in 2007 in Boise. He graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Business Management. He also played baseball for San Jose State and has a love for baseball. Since moving to Idaho, he has a much greater appreciation of the outdoors of Idaho, from a good hike up to table rock to one of the many activities the Boise downtown area has to offer. Whether it be a good restaurant, listening to some live music or just taking a walk along the greenbelt. 

When Steve has free time, he loves to get out for some golf, hike or take a bike ride on the greenbelt or one of the many mountain trails the Treasure Valley has to offer.  However, spending time with his nephews and his family members is what he treasures the most.
